We reduce health disparities across the lifespan by aligning culturally responsive, data-informed wellness strategies with community-identified needs. Through scalable health education programs, professional development, and co-designed interventions, we address the determinants that drive unequal outcomes.

Our Vision
We envision a world where every individual — across generations and geographies — has equitable access to the education, infrastructure, and tools they need to improve quality of life. Our work builds systems where health equity isn’t an outcome, but a foundation.
BTB Welcomes 43 interns to its Summer '25 Youth internship program. We add Prince George's County, Montgomery County and Baltimore City to our team this year.

BTB enters the 2024-'25 school year with 9 interns in DC.
~ March 2025
BTB Summer Youth Employment welcomes over 35 youth from Atlanta, D.C., New Orleans and Seattle to work on making an impact in their local communities and network.
